I didn’t get a sign-in code
Wait a couple of minutes and check your spam folder. Codes are valid for 10 minutes; request a new one if needed.
How do I join a group?
Ask someone in the group for an invite link or 6-character code. In the app, tap Profile › Join and enter the code.
My invite code doesn’t work
Codes are valid for 7 days and stop working when renewed. If the group is set to “admins only”, ask an admin for a code.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile › Settings › Delete my account. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted.
