Controller

Your personal data is processed by Epeyzi as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Contact: kvkk@epeyzi.com.

What we process

Your name, chosen color and email; the groups you belong to, your role (member or admin) and who invited you; the tasks you add, take and finish; notification preferences; device push token and security logs (such as failed sign-in and invite code attempts).

Who sees it

Your name, color and tasks are visible only to members of your groups. Your email is never shown to other members.

Why

To create and verify your account, let you share tasks with your group, send you notifications, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

Only with the infrastructure providers that run the service (database and server, email delivery and notification delivery). Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye (European Union and USA). Notifications carry only their text. Transfers abroad are made in line with Article 9 of KVKK.

Retention

For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account in the app (Settings > Delete my account) permanently deletes your personal data; sent notification logs are cleared within 30 days.
